Hennessy Cognac is crafted with a strict set of standards defined by the Master Blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde and handed down from generation to generation.

Tesseron Cognac Lot N° 90 X.O. Selection CognacTesseron Cognac Lot N° 90 XO Selection is a fine representation of the pure and fresh characteristics typical of Cognacs produced by Maison Tesseron. Displaying an especially attractive combination of vigour and complexity, the blend consists of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois. Lot n°90’s unique character comes from long ageing in oak barrels, which adds richness and complexity. With strong aromatics, it is a distinct Cognac that will leave a lasting impression, long after the tasting.

Experts in the making of well-matured Cognacs, Tesseron specialize in the production of Cognacs that qualify as an XO and beyond. With a long history in eaux-de-vie maturation in particular, the Tesseron family are producers of both wine and Cognac and strive to offer the premium quality that is notorious of the prestigious regions they produce from.

Noted for its popularity around the world, Lot N° 90 is the choice of Cognac served on board Air France aircrafts and in their business lounges.

Golden colour with deep amber highlights.
The nose gives lovely aromas of subtly spiced wood, brioche cake and cinnamon.

In the mouth, there is a harmonious association of fruit and wood aromas. Its delicate finish gradually ends on notes of fruit jellies and spices. A classic VSOP cognac, this is matured for between 8 and 12 years in a selection of Troncais and Limousin oak barrels.

Eye: The spirit is an amber colored liquid upon first glance, but once poured displays itself in more of a copper once out in the open. Tilt the glass a slow twirl and a few tilts to reveal medium-sized droplets.

Nose: When the cognac is distilled and aged, it begins to conjure the soft, luscious aroma of ripe peach. After several years in French fine-grained oak barrels, the spirit develops nutty notes and ages to produce a sweet, caramelized flavor of toasted almonds. The distillation on the lees is a complex process but it gives fruity and musky notes, with an aroma of jasmine.

Palate: The palate gives a lengthy finish.

The finish is toasted almonds, toffee, and stone fruits. A dry finish of baking spice.

Relaunched under a new name, Asbach's popular 3 year old German grape brandy, formerly known as 'Uralt', is matured in Limousin oak casks and has a fruity, tangy character.

Tasting Notes: Mild, smooth and sweet, displaying a harmonious bouquet, with a taste of grapes and notes of plum and nuts.
