Mouton Cadet Blanc

Blended for the first time by Baron Philippe de Rothschild 40 years after the birth of his older brother in red, Mouton Cadet Blanc carries the ardour of Sauvignon Blanc married to the roundness and fruit of the Sémillon and Muscadelle varieties. A timeless cuvée, well-made and accessible in every sense of the word.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: brilliant pale yellow.

Nose: the nose bursts out of the glass, rich and complex and very fresh, with aromas of white fruit (peach) and citrus (pink grapefruit).

Palate: a smooth, expressive and harmonious mid palate emerges from a fresh and very round attack, leading into an elegant, slightly acidulated finish. The wine displays attractive length in the mouth, with a recurrence of citrus fruit flavors
