Made by one of Italy's most prestigious wine producers, Cantina di Soave, Prosecco Perlit is rich and velvety with seductive aromas of ripe apple and pear making it the perfect choice of sparkling wine for almost any celebration.

Once grapes for Prosecco Perlit have been destemmed, they are softly pressed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. An early harvest means that the must holds the acidity necessary to keep freshness in the wine during the second phase of fermentation, which takes place in autoclave.

Lamberti Soave is a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes from the hills of Soave, near Verona. Dry, crisp and fruity, pale yellow colour.
