Perlit Prosecco Brut

Made by one of Italy's most prestigious wine producers, Cantina di Soave, Prosecco Perlit is rich and velvety with seductive aromas of ripe apple and pear making it the perfect choice of sparkling wine for almost any celebration.

The founding group of vine growers and wine producers joined foreces to improve production quality and standards to bring unsurpassed value to consumers.


Once grapes for Prosecco Perlit have been destemmed, they are softly pressed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. An early harvest means that the must holds the acidity necessary to keep freshness in the wine during the second phase of fermentation, which takes place in autoclave.

Bardolino Classico is a red wine produced from the traditional (Classico) vineyard area at the heart of the Bardolino DOC in Veneto, north-eastern Italy.

Both of these appellations are based on the red grape varieties also associated with Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.

COLOR: Lighter bricky red.

NOSE: Canned sour cherries, hint of spices.

TASTE: Light to medium body, canned sour cherries, still quite good acidity, red currant, medium finish.

Lamberti Valpolicella is a dry red blend of Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella and Merlot grapes from the hills of the Classic D.O.C. zone near Verona. Matured for three months in Slovenian oak, it is medium bodied and dry, with a bright cherry-stone finish.
