Made by one of Italy's most prestigious wine producers, Cantina di Soave, Prosecco Perlit is rich and velvety with seductive aromas of ripe apple and pear making it the perfect choice of sparkling wine for almost any celebration.

Founded in 1898, Cantina di Soave is one of Italy's most prestigious and innovative wine producers today. As a premier cooperative winery, they have more tha 6,000 hectars of vineyards and have an internationally recognised award-winning wine portfolio. The founding group of vine growers and wine producers joined foreces to improve production quality and standards to bring unsurpassed value to consumers.

Once grapes for Prosecco Perlit have been destemmed, they are softly pressed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. An early harvest means that the must holds the acidity necessary to keep freshness in the wine during the second phase of fermentation, which takes place in autoclave.

Bardolino Classico is a red wine produced from the traditional (Classico) vineyard area at the heart of the Bardolino DOC in Veneto, north-eastern Italy.

Both of these appellations are based on the red grape varieties also associated with Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Lighter bricky red.

NOSE: Canned sour cherries, hint of spices.

TASTE: Light to medium body, canned sour cherries, still quite good acidity, red currant, medium finish.

Chianti Superiore Santa Cristina is ruby red with purplish highlights.

On the nose it is complex with fruity notes of morello cherries, dried plums and hay. Its palate is soft, mouth filling with velvety tannins and a long savory finish.

Introduced in 1928 by Niccolo' Antinori, Villa Antinori Rosso is a full-bodied and complex red wine combining elegance, structure and smooth tannins. Villa Antinori Rosso offers notes of wild berries such as bilberries, and plums that blend with hints of toasted hazelnuts, spices and vanilla. Traditional and international grape varieties, all sourced from the Antinori family's best vineyards in Tuscany, are blended together to create this Tuscan classic.

Solandia Nero d'Avola, Nero d’Avola is a grape variety native to Sicily. With its dark, ripe-berried fruit and a hint of liquorice and vanilla spice, it shows a similarity in style to Shiraz.
