• Aroma: Deep violet color, almost pitch black, with garnet hints. Primary aromas include candied brandy cherry, dried blueberry, and blackberry jam, with tertiary notes of undergrowth, rubber, and smoke.
• Palate: Round and bold with structured tannins. Flavors of ripe cherry and black plum are followed by subtle notes of roasted almonds and toffee.
• Finish: The wine is dry and full-bodied with a focused texture and an elegant finish. 

• Pairings: Its medium-to-high acidity makes it a great companion to red sauce dishes, pizza, pastas, mushroom dishes, and medium-strength blue cheese. It also pairs well with Osso Bucco, T-Bone steak, and Lasagnas.
• Serving Temperature: It is recommended to serve this red wine at 16-18°C (60-65°F). 

Tasting Notes

This is an exceptional Cabernet made only in the best years of the best fruit! It is a deep purple, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, its wonderful aromas of jammy black fruits, roasted coffee and so elegant texture, velvety and warm. Ripe on the nose but fresh on the palate with plum and cherry jam flavors. The aftertaste is expansive. Terrific harmony and balance.
