Bottled at cask strenght, this rich Reposado packs a punch. Born in Mexico and raised over 7 months in Scotch Speyside Whisky Barrels, this cask strength reposado is a tantalizingly two-sided tequila that goes the distance, caramel with hints of oak, vanilla and honey on an earthy Agave base.

Taste: Caramel, oak vanilla andhoneyon an earthy Agave base with the cask strenght kick of flavour from start to finish

Serve: Best enjoyed neat, on ice, touch of water, or in a tequila sour.

Wood: Ex-Speyside oak whisky barrels, handpicked in Dufftown, Scotland

Don Julio 1942 Añejo Tequila is handcrafted in tribute to the year that Don Julio González began his tequila-making journey. Warm oak, vanilla and roasted agave flavors lead into a lingering oak and rich vanilla finish for a luxurious tequila recognized by connoisseurs around the globe. Aged in small batches for 2 and a half years, our añejo tequila is made with 100% Blue Weber Agave that is ready for any celebration.

Simply serve neat in a snifter or on the rocks for a classic and simple drink.

Don Julio tequila is produced in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, one of the country’s most fertile agave-growing regions. The microclimate and mineral-rich clay soil allow the blue agave plant to flourish. Made from 100% Weber blue agave — aged for 8-12 years and harvested at their peak.

The liquid is double distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together for added complexity and character.
