Tomintoul Seiridh is pronounced “sheh-ree” which is the Gaelic word for sherry.

This perfectly balanced single malt has been matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in specially selected Oloroso Sherry butts from Jerez in Andalucía, Spain.

This process of finishing has created a beautifully rich, complex and full flavoured single malt.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Rich and inviting with aromas of sultana, butterscotch and candied pecans.
Palate: Sweet and luscious with layers of dried figs and Christmas cake highlighted with touches of cedar spice.
Finish: Warm, nutty and long with notes of chocolate covered raisins, dried fruits and hints of liquorice that fade into a woody linger.

A classic in every sense of the word, Evan Williams White Label Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is a favourite of the back-bar around the world. Bottled at a higher ABV than the regular Evan Williams, the White Label is pleasantly warming with black pepper and cinnamon spice.

Produced with a careful selection of the best Scottish malt and grain whiskies, mainly from the region of Speyside. The only one in its category with an aging of at least 15 years in oak barrels. A pale coloured blend with a fresh and soft taste which is characterized by the maturity and softness provided by its long aging period.

The standard release of Highland Queen blended Scotch whisky, named after Mary Queen of Scots. Like much of the range, it offers very good value for money.

Nose: Some dark honey, caramel, allspice, cooked apples and pear drops.

Palate: Crisp apples now, nougat, more honey, subtle vanilla, perhaps even some tarragon.

Finish: Clean and quite short.

Johnnie Walker 18 Year Old (or "Aged 18 Years") is a terrific blended Scotch whisky from the world-famous range, which features a combination of up to 18 different whiskies, including the likes of Cardhu, Glen Elgin, Auchroisk and Blair Athol, among others. Carefully created by master blender Jim Beveridge, this expression packs bags of creamy vanilla, vibrant fruit and runny honey, alongside soft wisps of smoke. Finish: Another wave of honey, with a soft hint of cinnamon spiciness.
