Nose - Frank, ripe fruity, with notes of fresh fig, ripe strawberry and spices such as pepper, bay leaf and soft touches of caramel from the wood.

Taste - On the palate it is soft, with good volume, with tannins that are present but pleasant and sweet. Rich wine, good year for our Merlot.

Pairing - Ideal to accompany white meats, stuffed pasta, risotto, semi-hard cheeses and empanadas.
