Relaunched under a new name, Asbach's popular 3 year old German grape brandy, formerly known as 'Uralt', is matured in Limousin oak casks and has a fruity, tangy character. 

Tasting Notes: Mild, smooth and sweet, displaying a harmonious bouquet, with a taste of grapes and notes of plum and nuts.

Rémy Martin VSOP embodies the perfect harmony of powerful and elegant aromas. It is the symbol of the Cellar Master’s art of blending.

Eye: Golden red amber.

Nose: Base notes of vanilla due to the maturation process in French Limousin oak casks. Notes of ripe apricot, baked apple and a elegant floral aroma.

Palate: Harmonious marriage between firmness of ripe fruits, subtle notes of licorice, and a great complexity of powerful, elegant aromas. The body is wonderfully structured, with multiple layers. Body has the roundness of ripe fruit with a silky texture.

Hennessy Cognac is crafted with a strict set of standards defined by the Master Blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde and handed down from generation to generation. However, when it comes to enjoying Cognac, we haven’t followed any rules since 1765. Hennessy has created extraordinary cognacs since 1765 and Hennessy Very Special represents the Tasting Committee’s unique expertise. Only the most distinctive eaux-de-vie are selected which are then carefully matured for several years in oak casks and skillfully blended to reveal their warm, full-bodied flavor.
