Winemaking & Tasting Notes

Four carefully selected varietals, come together in an uncommon blend, a subtle liquid work of art, with a wide spectrum of aromas from dried prunes to smoke to cherries and spice. This wine offers fresh entry to the mouth. Integration of wood is well balance by the ripe red fruits with a touch of sweetness. In the midpalate, the soft tannins announce themselves. In the aft-palate, it offers fruit-filled length. This unfiltered wine offers outstanding balance and structure, making it perfect for ageing or immediate enjoyment.

Arak layali loubnan is a savory Lebanese arak. 50% Alcohol

Arak Baladi  is initially a pretty new arak varieties.

This Lebanese arak, however, belongs to the favorites among the compatriots already. Thus, however, this is also becoming more and more famous!

Finally, the Arak Baladi  is both strong and elegant.

The strong aroma is clearly noticeable in the bouquet as well as in the taste. In this respect, this brandy also has an honest and traditional effect on the drinker. Accordingly, gentle nuances of licorice unfold here again.

A really clear and honest arak from Lebanon. And despite its intense and impulsive personality, this arak still seems very approachable. Accordingly, even a little too seductive. Because once you start drinking it, some people might find it hard to stop. Especially if the the arak is drunk chilled and of course with ice cubes in the summer.

However, this brandy can be drunk with numerous dishes. Among them, of course, raw meat such as tartar or carpaccio. However, this arak is indeed one of the few varieties that can be drunk on its own.

Arak Massaya has a beguiling aniseed flavor and freshness that cleans the palate and aids digestion. It is often served as an aperitif and then as the perfect accompaniment to classic selections of mezze, the array of tasty dishes with contrasting flavours that is the starting point for many lunchtime or evening meals.

Arak works particularly well with the mezze melange that will include olives, spices, meat and cheese flavors that are sometimes harder to match with wine.

ARAK ABI SA3DA IS ONE FROM MOST FAMOUS OLD ARAK IN Lebanon, FOUNDED FROM HUNDRED YEARS AGO JUST TO MAKE THE TRUE TASTE OF LEBANESE ARAK WITH OLD WAY OF DOING ARAK BUT WITH DEVELOPED MACHINE TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL TASTE OF LEBANESE ARAK.

Chateau Ksara Sunset Rose, an intense pink colour with an aroma of red berries and a hint of spiciness, with an initial roundness in the mouth, and finishing with a fresh and vivid taste. Winemaking & maturing Selected from the best vats of red grapes, this wine is obtained by bleeding. After 10 to 14 hours of maceration, fermentation is done at a low temperature (18°C). Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is racked-off and sulphured to avoid malolactic fermentation. Once it has stabilised, SUNSET is bottled in the spring, to preserve its ripe fruit flavours. Ageing Better appreciated the first year; it can be kept for up to 2 years in a good cellar. Serving This fresh robust wine, with its slightly spicy aroma, is the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean or Oriental cuisine. It also complements raw vegetables and cold meat. It should be served chilled (8-10°C) in order to reveal its spicy flavour, freshness and balance.
