The Finca Dofí vineyards are located in the heart of the Priorat, 10 hectares of vineyards situated on terraced land facing Northeast/Southeast and East on licorella soil in the village of Gratallops at an altitude between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. Finca Dofí is Álvaro Palacio´s 2nd wine. This exceptional wine is a reflection of its wine maker passion and of the great terroir where it is produced.

Tasting Notes: Open in the nose with a complex bouquet, good concentration of ripe cherry fruit, mineral, pomegranate skin and  licorice. Well structured and elegant, fresh and juicy entry on the palate. Displays flavours of dark berries and spices. Fine tannins and a persistent mineral finish.

Notes:  Will continue to evolve over the next 3 - 4 years, and have a 10 - 13 years lifespan.

Bonanto is a wine-based aperitif with 22% Vol. Alc. 70 cl., and a selection of 30 botanical, among which the wormwood and Mediterranean aromatic plants such as laurel, rosemary, basil and thyme. Together with a selection of citrus fruits and the distillate of cherry and apple, they give this creation a unique personality. Red in color, it is a light, fresh drink with a touch of bitterness.

Marqués de Riscal made Rioja what it is today. Up until the 1850s the locals had made only light, young wines. Then, in 1858, Riscal introduced the ‘Bordeaux method’, barrel ageing. From that moment on, the practice became integral to Rioja. Today, Riscal Reserva is one of the most famous wines in Spain. Each grape is selected from vines that are at least 50 years old. Mature vines make the tastiest grapes. So the wine is incredibly rich and concentrated.

It’s full of summer-berry flavours and notes of liquorice and vanilla spice.

The Rodnik’s Absinthe Black is an Absinthe produced in Spain. It has a soft aniseed aroma and is ideal for cocktails and long drinks. This Absinthe is made from the best Mediterranean plants and herbs. Rich in wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), it is aromatic and smooth in taste. Due to its high alcohol content, it should be consumed with caution.
