This exceptional rum is named after the year Trinidad’s first sugar mill began operations, reflecting the island’s rich heritage in rum-making.

Appearance: A deep, dark amber color with mahogany undertones.
Nose: A luxurious aroma of dried fruits, including prunes and raisins, complemented by hints of toasted oak, warm vanilla, and subtle spices.
Palate: Rich and complex, offering layers of flavors such as toffee, molasses, dark chocolate, and caramelized nuts, balanced with a delicate smokiness and whispers of cinnamon and nutmeg.
