Barrister Dry Gin is made from an original British recipe. The unique blend is created from separately distilled aromatic spirits.

This is the first gin in the Barrister family. It became the first Russian Gin marketed internationally. Having received number of international awards during the first two years of production, it became the most popular gin in Russia in 2018.

Every bottle is lovingly laboured over by our dedicated team of distillers, hand crafted using traditional copper stills and a classic ten botanical recipe.

An ideal choice for a beautifully rich and balanced G&T.

Suitable for vegetarians

Nose: Floral, summer meadow notes, followed by mellow rounded juniper and zesty, citrus freshness.

Palate: Gentle mouthfeel, with initial dry juniper joined by growing sweetness, showing lemon tart & orange marmalade, garnished by a wave of fresh lemon zest, followed by bolder juniper & light dryness, before all the flavours harmonise into one integrated taste.

Finish: Dryness leads, with spicy juniper & a hint of lemon tart emerging.

Gordon's gin is triple-distilled and contains juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, licorice, orris root, orange, and lemon peel, though the exact recipe has remained a closely guarded secret since 1769. It differed from others at the time in that it didn't add sugar, which made it a "dry" gin. It takes ten days' distillation after receiving the wheat to create a finished product of a bottle of Gordon's Gin

Hendrick's unique taste comes from its use of roses and cucumbers along with 11 other botanicals, of course including juniper - but also coriander, orange, lemon, angelic, orris root, cubeb berries, caraway seeds, chamomile, elderflower, and yarrow berries.
