It convinces with a smooth and gentle bouquet of sweet malt, honey, biscuit, freshly cut herbs and floral nuances. On the palate the dram imparts notes of cereals, nuts, spicy oak, a slight sweetness and traces of heather while the body is mainly smooth. The finish has even a hint of smoke but the biggest part exists of floral notes and some sweet caramel. This blended Scotch is the original Bell’s whisky and one of the classic drams of Scotland.
