This intensely fragrant, elegant rosé is produced from the red grape varieties traditional to the magnificent Veneto hills, Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Its lively, crisp, but velvet-smooth palate makes it a delicious aperitif wine, but enjoy it as well with antipasti, first courses, and with lighter meats.

This intensely fragrant, elegant rosé is produced from the red grape varieties traditional to the magnificent Veneto hills, Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Aperol is an Italian aperitif. Aperitifs are dry rather than sweet alcoholic beverages, typically served before eating to help to stimulate an appetite. Its made of gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, among other ingredients. It has a vibrant orange hue. Its name comes from the French slang word for aperitif, which is apero.

Red fruit notes on the nose, plum aromas on the plate very moderate tanins and easy drinking wine there is a lack of wood, oak and spice aromas for a Cabernet. Easy finish comes with medium + body. Great match for spicy pastas and cheese plates.

Chianti Superiore Santa Cristina is ruby red with purplish highlights.

On the nose it is complex with fruity notes of morello cherries, dried plums and hay. Its palate is soft, mouth filling with velvety tannins and a long savory finish.

Concentrated, vivid ruby red colour. Pervasive, complex aromas with marked ripe fruit (Morello cherries and raspberries) and pleasing flor notes (irises and Parma violets). Rounded, full-bodied, soft and fruity flavor, very tangy and harmonious.
