Cazcabel Honey Liqueur combines real Manuka & Yucatan honey and infuses that on their Tequila Blanco base. A sweet treat that’s great to mix in cocktails. Won a Silver medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2022.

Using agaves grown for over 7 years, they steam the piñas in autoclaves. Once cooked, they ferment in tanks for 10 days before distilling in a combination of copper pot and steel stills. Honey is added post distillation.

FLAVOURS: Sweet Vanilla

ABOUT: Cazcabel Honey Liqueur is rich and sweet with beautiful notes of warm natural honey. There’s a touch of smoke that comes through on the finish and makes for a lovely alternative to Gin in the Bee’s Knees cocktail.

A faithful student of Toltec, Olmec and Aztec traditions, Don Cazcabel’s Tequila recipes use only the best natural ingredients.

The honey used in Cazcabel Honey is made with a combination of Manuka and Yucatán honey sourced from the fields of Yucatán in Mexico and the Manuka trees of New Zealand.

Patrón Reposado is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico.

It’s then aged in a variety of barrels for a minimum of two months.

Patrón tequilas are handcrafted at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico where people are the heart of the process - one that has remained the same since the very beginning. First, skilled jimadors uproot only the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave with the perfect sugar content and transport the heart of the plant to Hacienda Patrón. They’re then hand chopped, baked and crushed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel and a roller mill.

The agave is then fermented in pine oak tanks and distilled in small batches using copper stills. Each bottle of Patrón is a work of art, meticulously inspected, hand corked and signed.

Crystal clear, un-aged tequila that allows its 100% agave flavor to shine. This is tequila at its simplest.

Tasting Notes: Exceptionally smooth and balanced with bright color and silver highlights.

Aroma: Refreshing fruity nose exhibiting tropical and apple notes with a healthy dose of salt and citrus, similar to that of fresh agave.

Taste: The palate is semi-viscous and peppery with ripe fruit tones giving way to crisp citrus notes and a hint of vanilla.

Finish: Wonderfully balanced finish with long lasting citrusy, peppery, and herbaceous notes.
