You might notice that this expression doesn’t have the same golden hue as other aged Tequilas. Well, after maturation, the Cristalino goes through an activated carbon filter, removing the spirit’s colour but not the flavour. This makes it a good choice for cocktails, as it won’t alter the colour of your drinks, but will add a hearty helping of deliciousness.
