A particularly exciting Tequila from the cracking Cenote range, which has been aged in for over a year in American oak casks. You might notice that this expression doesn’t have the same golden hue as other aged Tequilas. Well, after maturation, the Cristalino goes through an activated carbon filter, removing the spirit’s colour but not the flavour. This makes it a good choice for cocktails, as it won’t alter the colour of your drinks, but will add a hearty helping of deliciousness.

Tasting Notes: Spicy cinnamon and ginger, soft chocolatey sweetness and plenty of vegetal boldness.

You might notice that this expression doesn't have the same golden hue as other aged Tequilas. Well, after maturation, the Cristalino goes through an activated carbon filter, removing the spirit's colour but not the flavour. Patrón tequilas are handcrafted at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico where people are the heart of the process - one that has remained the same since the very beginning. First, skilled jimadors uproot only the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave with the perfect sugar content and transport the heart of the plant to Hacienda Patrón. They’re then hand chopped, baked and crushed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel and a roller mill.

The agave is then fermented in pine oak tanks and distilled in small batches using copper stills. Each bottle of Patrón is a work of art, meticulously inspected, hand corked and signed.

Juarez White Tequila has a bright nose with citrus, herb and spice hints that deliver a peppery, fruit pumice palate that is crisp and dry on the finish.

This tequila is crafted using 8-12 year old 100% Weber blue agave and is matured in American and French Oak barrels for no less than six months.

This rich liquid has notes of buttery caramel, mild spices and a touch of smokiness, which is imparted by the finishing process.
