Cune Rosado Palido Bailarina 2022 – Cune Rosado is made from 100% carefully selected Tempranillo grapes. The fermentation is then carried out at a controlled temperature of 16º to 18ºC for around 8 days to obtain the required fruit levels in the wine.

Situated in the North-East of Spain, between Rioja and Bordeaux, lies the stunning Propiedad de Arinzano, a protected area rich in natural habitat. The Senorio de Arinzano estate has been recognized for the excellence of its vineyards since the 11th century, when the noble Sancho Fortunones de Arinzano first produced wines on the property.

Today, the magnificent estate, designed by renowned Spanish architect Rafael Moneo, provides the inspiration for a new brand identity for the Arinzano Estate. It stands out based on the uniqueness of the terroir, its history, art and environment, and the exceptional potential to give life to wines that would be a reference of the highest quality and singular character. Tasting Notes

Deep, garnet color. Intense aromas of black fruits. Predominantly mineral and dark red fruit notes –wood, China ink-, Stone and smoke hints. Ample power, pleasant and velvety in the mouth. Tasty and dense evolution. Very long persistence.

Food Paring: Pairs well with earthy red meats like fillet and lamb chops.

Parellada and Garnacha Blancatraditional white grapes, are what give Viña Sol its distinctive fresh fruitiness. Intense, with outstanding notes of flowers and ripe fruits (banana, pear, apple and peach), combined with delightful touches of citrus (mandarin zest) on a mentholated base. It’s firm, fresh, long and elegant in the body, with a lingering finish.

Excellent as an aperitif and acompaniment for rice dishes, seafood and fish.
