Ginraw is a super-premium gastronomic gin that encompasses the avant-garde culinary and design creativity of its home city of Barcelona.

It's a masterpiece of collaboration between four masters of their craft: a chef, a sommelier, a mixologist and a master parfumeur. It's made batch by batch using the best of traditional spirit distillation alongside the revolutionary use of a Rotaval, a low-temperature distillation machine developed by one of the leading restaurants of molecular gastronomy in Spain. Each bottle is individually numbered, dramatically expressive and crystal-clear precision of aromatic character, personality and body.

Cordon Negro Rosé's bright, fruity personality envelops the senses in the glass with fresh raspberry and fruit cocktail aromas. The toasty palate mixes strawberry jam and red currant to deliver a pleasant mouth feel, wrapped up in a slow, light, sweet finish.The late harvested Garnacha grape, also known as Grenache in France, collects sun and warmth a month longer than most cava grapes, proffering abilities to build higher levels of sugars, translating to higher alcohol content. The indigenous and rare Trepat grapes, by contrast, are low altitude, low sugar grapes that ripen mid harvest, delivering lower alcohol levels upon fermentation. The combination of the two makes for a delightfully complex, nicely balanced blend with a rosy complexion. At harvest, the grapes are processed separately, then transferred to stainless steel tanks where proprietary yeasts from Freixenet's own collection begin the first fermentation. After 10 to 12 days of interaction with the yeasts in perfect 59 to 63 degree atmosphere of the caves, the wines are racked, fined, filtered, and prepared for blending in traditional méthode champenoise, heralding the second fermentation.

The blush of Cordon Negro Rosé, and the well-balanced acidity are the direct results of the grape varieties and the careful méthode  champenoise process.

The Trepat grape is only planted over 1,000 acres, unique to the soil conditions and climate of the Penedes region of Catalonia, Spain. The wild, red fruit flavors are contributed by the mix of Trepat with Garnacha, which lends a spiced berry nuance to the wine.

Parellada and Garnacha Blancatraditional white grapes, are what give Viña Sol its distinctive fresh fruitiness. Intense, with outstanding notes of flowers and ripe fruits (banana, pear, apple and peach), combined with delightful touches of citrus (mandarin zest) on a mentholated base. It’s firm, fresh, long and elegant in the body, with a lingering finish.

Excellent as an aperitif and acompaniment for rice dishes, seafood and fish.

The wine is produced from Spanish grape varieties and then gets its deep electric color by the addition of anthyocyacin, a natural pigment extracted from the grape peel and the bacon, a natural pigment derived from the egg plant. Grapes have been grown in this region of Northern Spain  since the 11 century. Arinzano is the first winery in this area to by awarded Spains highest quality classification of Vinos de Pago. This is their top cuvee selected from a double selection of Chardonnay grapes and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. It displays the elegance and complexity of the soil and climate of the Pago de Arinzano estate. Hints of citrus fruits combine with mineral notes, dry fruits and brioche, creamy and lingering on the palate with exceptional length and balance.
