A lavender gin, elegant and velvety, with pomegranate and lemon peel. The lavender offers lingering floral notes and fresh aromatics, while the pomegranate adds a tangy, fruity touch that enhances its delicious flavor and comforting texture on the palate. Lemon peel adds fresh, citrusy notes with green and fruity undertones, bubbly and juicy.

For each of the GINRAW gins we make a careful selection of botanicals. All of them are 100% natural and do not contain any content-type of additives, that is to say, we do not use any coloring or no coloring or added sugars are used.

Nose: Lavender is an ingredient that offers persistent floral, fresh aromatic notes with certain nuances reminiscent of the woody family, providing a fragrant aroma and an unmistakable intensity
Taste: Pomegranate adds a fruity, bittersweet, spicy note with a hint of leather. Considered sacred in the Orient for centuries, as an ingredient it provides juicy nuances, with an acidic and spicy touch.
Finish: Fresh, citrusy with green and green fruity nuances, acidic, bubbly and juicy. These are some of the notes provided by lemon.
Its presence is very frequent in the top notes for its fresh, luminous and vibrant effect. It combines very well with fruity notes such as pomegranate or red fruits, to which it brings luminosity.

Parellada and Garnacha Blancatraditional white grapes, are what give Viña Sol its distinctive fresh fruitiness. Intense, with outstanding notes of flowers and ripe fruits (banana, pear, apple and peach), combined with delightful touches of citrus (mandarin zest) on a mentholated base. It’s firm, fresh, long and elegant in the body, with a lingering finish.

Excellent as an aperitif and acompaniment for rice dishes, seafood and fish.

The wine is produced from Spanish grape varieties and then gets its deep electric color by the addition of anthyocyacin, a natural pigment extracted from the grape peel and the bacon, a natural pigment derived from the egg plant. Grapes have been grown in this region of Northern Spain since the 11 century. Arinzano is the first winery in this area to by awarded Spains highest quality classification of Vinos de Pago. This is their top cuvee selected from a double selection of Chardonnay grapes and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. It displays the elegance and complexity of the soil and climate of the Pago de Arinzano estate. Hints of citrus fruits combine with mineral notes, dry fruits and brioche, creamy and lingering on the palate with exceptional length and balance.
