GinRaw Orange Blossom Gin has floral, sweet, powdery, fresh and green nuances that combine with lemongrass and mint to deliver citrus and herbal notes, resulting in a sparkling and original gin.

Distillation is done at a low temperature to preserve the flavour and aroma of the botanicals used. The ingredients of this unique gin include only 100% natural ingredients, no dyes or added sugars are used.

Again, 2 entrepreneurs and 4 masters in different fields are behind the production of the gin: a perfumer with 40 years of experience in the field of perfumes, the founder of the first dessert restaurant in the world Espai Sucre, a creative mixologist and the best sommelier of Spain in 2012. These people have come together to create the perfect combination of flavours and aromas.

GinRaw is only produced in small quantities with 37.5% alcohol content. We recommend Ginraw Orange Blossom mixed with tonic water, add orange zest and enjoy a unique Gin & Tonic.

The Marques De Riscal Sauvignon Blanc from the high plateau of Rueda, this is one of Spain’s most celebrated Sauvignon Blanc’s and a perfect example of a crisp, modern Sauvignon. This is a versatile white wine that goes extremely well with a range of fish based dishes as well as pasta and chicken.

Mía Freixenet Blanco is a wine made from Maccabeu, Xarello, Parellada and Muscatel.

Once the grapes are harvested, they are destemmed and pressed. Then, they ferment in stainless steel deposits with temperature control. It is not aged, in any way, before it is bottled. Mía Freixenet Blanco is a fruity, light and refreshing wine. A classic wine of Penedés, made with grapes that are typical from the area. Slightly fruitier thanks to the Muscatel. Ideal for the aperitif or on its own.

A deep, warm aroma, with traces of dried fruit and nuts. It exhibits elegant hints of spices and is round, intensely velvety and lush on the palate.
