This bright, clean Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful ruby red color. It has an intense nose displaying red fruits such as plum and raspberry with notes of cacao, tobacco and mocha. Full on the palate with silky, balanced and juicy tannins, it is a wine with great volume and a long finish. Enjoy to its fullest with all kinds of meat, especially red, as well as cheese and pasta.

A deep, impressive ruby-red color that suggests concentrated grapes harvested at just the right moment. This Cabernet Sauvignon´s nose is governed by pleasant notes of plum, raspberry and sweet spices, while in the mouth, chocolate and subtle hints of vanilla can be appreciated. San Cosme Mezcal is a spirit made from the espadín agave plant, produced in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The production process is an art: During harvesting, the agave leaves are separated from the center of the plant. The agave hearts are then cooked underground in the traditional way, in pits that serve as ovens. This is where the aromas of the soil and smoke are absorbed, giving the mezcal its characteristic flavor.
The cooked agave is then ground using a stone mill, usually pulled by a horse or ox. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in open wooden barrels. Distillation is carried out in a copper still, a copper pot, over an open fire.

Aroma: Smoky with traces of caramel, wood and earth.
Taste: Pleasantly smoky and warm with a mixture of smoked agave and leather.

At the heart of Volcán Reposado is 100% blue agave from the high-lands, delivering a soft yet rich flavor that is free of additives. Each bottle considers and respects time and the ageing process, consisting of liquid that rests for 135 days in new casks made of American and European oak. This allows for a delicate yet complex interaction between the liquid and the wood and ultimately results in a pleasant release of toasted tobacco notes alongside those of pineapple, light citrus and honey, creating a smooth and balanced finish.
