TASTING NOTE: As you get ensnared by its sensuous charms, the siren-like fresh aroma and notes of citrus and pink grapefruit are only bettered by its smooth and creamy feel on the palate. The flavour is complex, with layers of fruity flavours; testament to the Provence region it comes from. Glittering with stunning beauty and blushing pink hues, Freixenet Italian Rosé is a delicious blend of the finest Italian harvest of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes.Whole grape bunches are gently pressed and the juice undergoes slow cooled fermentation. This preserves the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness.

The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the result is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar.

Tasting note: Cherry red color. Perfumed notes of plum and strawberry with grapefruit undertones. Full-bodied palate with delicate acidity. Evolves elegantly and sensually across the palate, giving way to a long finish.

Serving suggestion: Excellent aperitif. Great match for pasta with meat or tomato sauce, as well as certain vegetables. Sublime with Asian food. Serve at 8–10ºC.
