Colour: Purple red with brown tinges Bouquet Pungent aromas of of mint, cloves and wild flowers are intertwined with with blackcurrant, a touch of mint and elegant and lingering nutty oak.

Palate :Elegant but chewy tannins allow for this wine drinking well now it will benefit from cellaring for a few years. A wonderful balance of oak, cassis and cherry reminders.

Serving suggestion: This wine is great with poultry, steak or roast beef.
