KWV Annabelle Cuvee Rose

KWV DescriptionCuvée Rosé is a semi-dry sparkling rosé wine with tones of tropical fruit and strawberries. A fruity and easily accessible wine with a low alcohol content and a smooth finish.  

Serve the wine well chilled as an aperitif for spring and summer all festivities or for berry desserts. 

Whispering Angel is today's worldwide reference for Provence Rosé. Its pale color is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. TASTING NOTE: As you get ensnared by its sensuous charms, the siren-like fresh aroma and notes of citrus and pink grapefruit are only bettered by its smooth and creamy feel on the palate. The flavour is complex, with layers of fruity flavours; testament to the Provence region it comes from. Appellation: Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia

Alcohol: 11.0%Varietals: 85% Glera, 15% Pinot Noir Terroir: Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero and Raboso fruit is sourced from the best hillside vineyards across Treviso in the Veneto.

Vinification: Red fruit is vinified with the saigné method.

The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in closed pressure tanks via the Charmat method to obtain a fine mousse.

Delicate pale pink bright and clean, showing great personality through its elegant and complex aromas of fresh red fruit such as raspberry, cherry, watermelon, cantaloupe with a hint of jasmine and floral notes.

Food Pairing: Spicy Thai food, juicy burger with blue cheese, Boeuf bourguignon.

Serving Tips: We recommend serving red wines at 16-18°C - (60-65°F).

This can be achieved by opening the wine and putting it into the fridge 15 min before serving it.
