Valpolicella Classico “Bonacosta” is a red wine with a modern, sharp and subtle profile, obtained from typical grapes of the territory, it is vinified and aged in steel vats. On the nose it expresses hints of ripe cherries, country herbs and fresh almonds. On the palate it is delicate, fresh, clean and flowing, with a soft and silky touch.

TASTING NOTES:

View: A view has a cherry red color of medium intensity.

Nose: The bouquet is intense with ripe cherry.

Mouth: The sip is fresh and acid, with soft and silky tannins. Key cherry, vanilla notes.

APPELLATION: Valpolicella

VINEYARD: Masi Agricola

GRAPES: Meager (70%), Molinara (5%), Rondinella (25%)

WINE PAIRING: Excellent with soups, pastas and risottos. Improves simple and important dishes with red meats and cheeses middle-aged.

Valpolicella Classico “Bonacosta” is a red wine with a modern, sharp and subtle profile, obtained from typical grapes of the territory, it is vinified and aged in steel vats. The fruit is sourced from the best hillside vineyards across Treviso in the Veneto. Grapes are harvested slightly before full maturation to preserve acidity. The base wine is re-fermented in enclosed pressure tanks

Lamberti Pinot Grigio is well developed on the nose with typical Pinot Grigio overtones of beeswax and wild honey blossom. Refreshingly crisp on the palate with a creamy, mineral texture and flavours fully reflective of the aromas.
