Valpolicella Classico “Bonacosta” is a red wine with a modern, sharp and subtle profile, obtained from typical grapes of the territory, it is vinified and aged in steel vats. On the nose it expresses hints of ripe cherries, country herbs and fresh almonds. On the palate it is delicate, fresh, clean and flowing, with a soft and silky touch.

TASTING NOTES:

View: A view has a cherry red color of medium intensity.

Nose: The bouquet is intense with ripe cherry.

Mouth: The sip is fresh and acid, with soft and silky tannins. Key cherry, vanilla notes.

APPELLATION: Valpolicella

VINEYARD: Masi Agricola

GRAPES: Meager (70%), Molinara (5%), Rondinella (25%)

WINE PAIRING: Excellent with soups, pastas and risottos. Improves simple and important dishes with red meats and cheeses middle-aged.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° CALCOHOL: 12%

Grapes: 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo FEATURES

Color: Deep ruby red Bouquet: intense, wide, fragrant with plum compote and maraschino cherries with a hint of violets.

Taste: Dry, full-bodied, warm, soft and yet very firm with a pleasant background of dried fruit and roasted hazelnuts with a long finish.

Bardolino Classico is a red wine produced from the traditional (Classico) vineyard area at the heart of the Bardolino DOC in Veneto, north-eastern Italy.

Both of these appellations are based on the red grape varieties also associated with Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Lighter bricky red.

NOSE: Canned sour cherries, hint of spices.

TASTE: Light to medium body, canned sour cherries, still quite good acidity, red currant, medium finish.
