Distillation is done at a low temperature to preserve the flavour and aroma of the botanicals used. The ingredients of this unique gin include only 100% natural ingredients, no dyes or added sugars are used.

Again, 2 entrepreneurs and 4 masters in different fields are behind the production of the gin: a perfumer with 40 years of experience in the field of perfumes, the founder of the first dessert restaurant in the world Espai Sucre, a creative mixologist and the best sommelier of Spain in 2012.
