METAXA 7 Stars has a mature fruit character revealing intense notes of noble muscat nourished by the sun of the Aegean islands.

Appearance: Dark amber with old gold reflections
1st Bouquet: Elegant, warm and fruity
2nd Bouquet: Intense muscat and ripe peach. Dried prune, carob and herbal honey
Palate: Balanced texture, warm, pleasantly spicy, with notes of fire honey and black raisin
Finish: Velvety, with a pleasant finish of black raisin

Hennessy Cognac is crafted with a strict set of standards defined by the Master Blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde and handed down from generation to generation. However, when it comes to enjoying Cognac, we haven’t followed any rules since 1765. Hennessy has created extraordinary cognacs since 1765 and Hennessy Very Special represents the Tasting Committee’s unique expertise. Only the most distinctive eaux-de-vie are selected which are then carefully matured for several years in oak casks and skillfully blended to reveal their warm, full-bodied flavor. Eye: Golden red amber.

Nose: Base notes of vanilla due to the maturation process in French Limousin oak casks. Notes of ripe apricot, baked apple and a elegant floral aroma.

Palate: Harmonious marriage between firmness of ripe fruits, subtle notes of licorice, and a great complexity of powerful, elegant aromas. The body is wonderfully structured, with multiple layers. Body has the roundness of ripe fruit with a silky texture.
