Our Maestra Tequilera, Ana Maria Romero, one of the most respected and awarded tequila authorities in Mexico, chooses quality over speed, and perfected Mijenta’s distinctive flavor profile through a meticulous slow process and traditional methods. This ranges from the selection of the silky mature agaves from the best plots, to rich fermentation of slow cooked agaves, and delicate distillation in pot stills. Everything is carefully calibrated to create the signature aromatic palette of Mijenta, from precise cuts in heads and tails to carefully controlled temperatures in the evaporation and condensation process. To give Mijenta a differentiated character, it is not filtered.

Tasting Notes:

On the eye: Bright and Transparent with a powerful body.

On the nose: Intense aromas of cooked agave, of vanilla and caramel enhanced by the slow cooking process, and floral and fruity notes of cantaloup and peaches. An impossibly generous and round finish.

On the palate: Rich flavors of cooked agave, vanilla, fresh fruit and spices such as cinnamon.

Tequila"Arandas" Oro takes its name from one of the most famous cities, where they make tequila. "Arandas" - high-quality tequila from a mixture of alcohols of different origin. It is not aged in oak barrels, and gets a golden hue due to the addition of caramel. Blue agave tequila to create "Arandas' Oro is grown in the state of Jalisco, the area, the climate is ideal for growing agave. Tequila "Arandas" bottled in textured bottle with inscribed symbols belonging to the ancient Mayan civilization.

A 100% agave añejo tequila from Tierra de Agaves. Lunazul is part-owned by bourbon-producer Heaven Hill.

Aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 12 to 18 months, this is full-bodied and subtly sweet with hints of pepper.

Patrón tequilas are handcrafted at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico where people are the heart of the process - one that has remained the same since the very beginning. First, skilled jimadors uproot only the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave with the perfect sugar content and transport the heart of the plant to Hacienda Patrón. They’re then hand chopped, baked and crushed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel and a roller mill.

The agave is then fermented in pine oak tanks and distilled in small batches using copper stills. Each bottle of Patrón is a work of art, meticulously inspected, hand corked and signed.

Patrón Reposado is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico.

Olmeca Blanco is exclusively distilled in copper pot stills to achieve a cleaner tequila, which is bottled straight after distillation. ... This fruity, sweet and citric tequila has smoky and slightly woody aromas. It is sweet and slight honey flavoured with a smoky hint of black pepper.
