Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Connecticut is a mild-bodied cigar with a 7-year-old Connecticut shade-grown wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder and a blend of 8-year-old Dominican and Nicaraguan long-leaf Ligero filler tobacco. Notably, this blend boasts the distinction of showcasing the oldest Connecticut shade-grown wrapper available in the market.
