Singleton of Dufftown 15 Year Old – 70 cl

Our 15 year old single malt scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of American oak casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. The result is an easy to enjoy single malt with a fruity decadence and notes of zesty coriander, zingy pepper, honey and creamy toffee.

TASTING NOTES:
NOSE – Sweet, soft and inviting. Mild at first with traces of spice and sweet wood followed by richer mature notes.
FINISH – Smooth, with light toasty oak, well balanced, with a creamy violet scented notes.
BODY – Medium to full.
PALATE – Soft and lightly sweet with buttery fruit cake mix followed by hints of citrus soft fruit and vanilla with a dry finish.

Finish: Another wave of honey, with a soft hint of cinnamon spiciness.

Swing features an elevated amount of Speyside malts, balanced by malts from the northern Highlands and Islay. On the tongue it starts off a bit sweet and then the spicy notes take affect mid-palate which exposes the smoke and peat. It has a smooth lingering smoke and spice finish. The result is a luxurious flavor that's light in the foreground, with sweet mouth-watering depth developing on the palate.
