Strega is a traditional Italian herbal liqueur, produced since 1860, known for its unique yellow color from saffron and a complex flavor from around 70 herbs and spices. The name “Strega” means “witch,” referring to the legend of witches gathering in the liqueur’s town of origin, Benevento.
