Perfect pour – Create a classic Raspberry Collins with 1.5 fl oz (50 ml) Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 fresh raspberries and a tablespoon of lime juice. Meld all the ingredients in a highball glass, add ice and top with soda. Garnish with a raspberry and a basil leaf.

Capturing the softly enticing scent of jasmine flower, this naturally flavoured 40% abv gin delivers sweet and heady floral notes on the nose. By contrast, the palate delivers bright layers of lemon and citrus oil balanced by a confident juniper note, leading to a lingeringly sweet finale.

Hendrick's unique taste comes from its use of roses and cucumbers along with 11 other botanicals, of course including juniper - but also coriander, orange, lemon, angelic, orris root, cubeb berries, caraway seeds, chamomile, elderflower, and yarrow berries.

Nose: Juniper, lemon & orange peels, coriander, very faint floral notes. 

Taste: Sweet up front with lots of candied citrus peels, followed by resin, cardamom, licorice, & coriander.
