Rhubarb & Ginger Gin U.K.s No1 Premium Gin Rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge whilst real ginger warms the palate Handcrafted gin, curated by 8th Generation distiller Johnny Neill. The range has flavours inspired by tastes from around the world. Whilst most of Johnny Neill’s inspiration for his gins comes from his ancestors intrepid exploits abroad, this Rhubarb & Ginger Gin harks from fond memories made slightly closer to home.

Post-war, the Whitley Family, now settled into rural England near Daresbury, cultivated their garden with thrilling flavours, serving as inspiration for both the table and indeed their experimentation with new Gins.

Rhubarb & Ginger has become a firm favourite among the Whitley Neill range. The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to a smooth English gin base whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.

Best enjoyed by filling a highball glass with cubed ice, add 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin, then top with 100ml premium Tonic Water. Stir well and garnish with a thin slice of ginger and a wedge of lemon. For an easy at-home cocktail try the Elderflower Spritz – Add 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin, a dash of elderflower cordial, squeeze of lemon juice into a short tumbler glass with a big splash of soda water and garnish with double mint leaf.

Botanicals include Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Liquorice, Sweet Orange, Lemon, Ginger and Rhubarb.

Terres de Mistral Gin was born from three friends' love of all things Provence. Produced at a family-run distillery in Forcalquiers, they used their wine knowledge to create a beautiful rosy gin. The handcrafted gin is distilled from wine made with Provençal grapes and is then infused with 12 herbs and botanicals.

A wonderfully dry pink gin, and the ornate label doesn't go amiss either.
