A distinctive salty top note serves as a vibrant reminder of its home on the Caithness coast, Soft citrus paired with dark caramel sweetness and creamy vanilla undertones. Firm bodied and smooth. Sweet notes of honey and cream develop into ripe, fruity overtones and fresh spice. Lively and faintly salty on the long lasting finish.
