2014 Château de Fieuzal

Varieties:  Cabernet Sauvignon 65%, Merlot 25%, Cabernet Franc 10%.

Alcohol content: 13.5%.

Color: the wine has a purplish red color with a medium density.

Aroma: it is clean and elegant, with primary notes of bigarreau cherry, raspberry, wild berries, light spiciness, followed by notes of macerated cherry. All these flavors are accompanied by a subtle undertone of vanilla.

Taste: two main sensations are noted in the mouth: mainly softness and silkiness.

Characteristic of the 2014 vintage: then a long aftertaste that already indicates that this blend will develop well during maturation. The tannin characteristics are subtle, interestingly "rough" texture on the surface.

Rosé Imperial displays a pink color with amber highlights. Lively and intense, the bouquet exudes red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry) with floral nuances of rose and a slight hint of pepper. Wine & Spirits: This blend is mostly Pinot Noir and Meunier, including 10 percent red wine for color.
