With the Fontanafredda Gavi di Gavi, a first-class white wine comes into the glass. Here he presents a wonderfully brilliant, platinum yellow color. Vinification : This elegant white wine from Italy is made from the Cortese grape variety. In Piedmont, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand, limestone, sandstone and marl. The grapes for this white wine from Italy are exclusively hand-picked when they are perfectly ripe. After the hand picking, the grapes reach the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken open. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for a few months before the wine is finally bottled. After the completion of the wine, the Gavi di Gavi is carefully harmonized.

Bardolino Classico is a red wine produced from the traditional (Classico) vineyard area at the heart of the Bardolino DOC in Veneto, north-eastern Italy.

Villa Antinori Bianco is a white that comes from the union of several grape varieties in harmony with each other, coming exclusively from the owned vineyards, which maintains the spirit and principles that characterize the production style of the Antinori house.

It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C.

The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perfume is fine and elegant, with fruity notes of banana and pineapple alternating with hints of white flowers. In the mouth it shows a balanced wine, pleasantly persistent and mineral.
