The ever-popular Auchentoshan 3 Wood is matured initially in bourbon casks before being finished in Oloroso then Pedro Ximénez casks for an extra layer of rich, sweet fruitiness. 

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Blackcurrants, brown sugar, oranges, plums and raisins.

PALATE: Fruit syrup, plums and raisins – intense, sweet and complex.

FINISH :Fresh and fruity with long-lasting oaky sweetness.

The standard release of Highland Queen blended Scotch whisky, named after Mary Queen of Scots. Like much of the range, it offers very good value for money.

Nose: Some dark honey, caramel, allspice, cooked apples and pear drops.

Palate: Crisp apples now, nougat, more honey, subtle vanilla, perhaps even some tarragon.

Finish: Clean and quite short.
