• Aroma: This vintage features powerful notes of red and black fruits, such as cherry and blackberry, complemented by a hint of vanilla and subtle woody undertones from its time in oak.

• Palate: It is medium-bodied with a well-structured frame. The tannins are described as "melted" and harmonious, leading to a velvety finish with persistent notes of toasted wood and spice.

• 2021 Vintage Characteristics: Generally, 2021 Bordeaux wines are known for being fresh and lower in alcohol compared to previous years, making them ideal for earlier drinking rather than long-term cellaring.

• Grape Varieties: A traditional blend typically consisting of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.

• Aging: Aged for approximately 6 months in American oak barrels, which imparts its signature "finely oaked" character.

Rosé Imperial displays a pink color with amber highlights. Lively and intense, the bouquet exudes red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry) with floral nuances of rose and a slight hint of pepper. Chardonnay accounts for 10 to 20 percent, including a portion of reserve wines that may be providing the oceanic, oyster-shell notes that bring to mind Champagne's Kimmeridgean limestone. This is broad and loose up front, with fruity scents of orange and pomegranate. Then the wine keeps buzzing with brisk acidity, tightening up and extending the flavors with energy.
