This selection of premium wine has been matured in French Barrique to enhance the natural aromas and characteristics of each single variety. The finish is medium to deep with suppleness on the palate.

TASTING NOTES A shiny golden color wine. Tropical and citrus fruit with almond twist finish on the nose. Toasty oak and ripe pineapple notes. Moderately aged in French oak barrique, which adds a unique elegance to this fashionable-slimming wine.

FOOD PAIRING At 10°C, pairs well with all salads, cheeses, anti-pasto, grilled poultry and elaborate dishes based on fish.

The wine was made reductively to prevent any oxidation and to ensure that the natural flavours of the grapes could be retained. Fermentation happened slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 18 days. Full-bodied with powerful varietal flavours of bell-pepper, green apple, and freshly cut grass. Good structure with lovely balancing acidity.

UMBRIA IGT- Santa Cristina Bianco is straw yellow in color.

On the nose intense fruity aromas of apricots, Golden apples and canned peaches blend with notes of candied fruit. Its palate is well-balanced, flavorful, fresh and supple with a fruity finish that brings back aromas perceived on the nose.

TASTING NOTES:

View: straw yellow.

Nose: delicate aromas of flowers, citrus (yellow grapefruit, lime) and a mineral texture. Mouth: fresh attack, with good softness and a tasty and pleasant finish.

APPELLATION: Umbria.

GRAPES: Grechetto, procanico and viogner

PAIRING: as an appetizer with shrimp and zucchini pasta or a risotto of asparagus.
