For the production of Curado, a blanco tequila from the highlands of Jalisco is used as a base, then the liquid is infused with pieces of cooked agave.

Initially, only blue agave from the state of Jalisco is used for the infusions, but the project soon evolved to include other agave varieties from other regions of Mexico.

Curado wants to build bridges, not walls.

Curado’s current expressions are: Blue Weber from Arandas, Espadín from Oaxaca and Cupreata from Michoacán. They deliberately took an anthropological approach in their search for knowledge, connecting with – and learning from – people who have generations of wisdom and experience. Each agave variety is cooked according to the technique of that region and then brought to Jalisco. There they are infused with the finest 100% blue agave tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco region. The ratio of agave to tequila varies in each expression, depending on the content-type of agave obtained.

Tasting notes:

Color: Gold.

Nose: Floral, spicy, herbal.

Taste: Sweet, smoky, citrus, caramel.

Finish: Long lasting, spicy.

Olmeca Blanco is exclusively distilled in copper pot stills to achieve a cleaner tequila, which is bottled straight after distillation. ... This fruity, sweet and citric tequila has smoky and slightly woody aromas. It is sweet and slight honey flavoured with a smoky hint of black pepper.

Warm and clean as the Jalisco sun, our 100% agave tequila is aged in bourbon barrels for 12 to 18 months.

TASTING NOTES :Bold color and full body show off vanilla and warm spice flavors.

Aroma: First pass reveals smoky white oak with subtle notes of dried fruits, plum and almonds ~ then spices and vanilla afterwards.

Taste: Full body and mouthfeel with a subtle sweetness emerging from the toasty oak, and a peppery note underneath.

Finish: A prolonged, warm finish with spice and soft alcohol notes.

Rich, distinctive and wonderfully complex, its flavor strikes the perfect balance between agave, oak and hints of butterscotch and honey.

Aged in American white-oak barrels for 18 months, our luxury tequila is made with 100% Blue Weber Agave and is ready for any celebration.

This tequila is crafted using 8-12 year old 100% Weber blue agave and is matured in American and French Oak barrels for no less than six months.

This rich liquid has notes of buttery caramel, mild spices  and a touch of smokiness, which is imparted by the finishing process.
