A spiced rum created by the chaps behind The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives (which serves tasty seafood and top rum – sounds excellent to us). This is made using a blend of Caribbean rums alongside a hearty helping of spices.

When ordering, make sure to only ask for measurements in fingers like the cool people in films do. “Three fingers of Dead Man’s Fingers please, barkeeper!”

Tasting Note :Pineapple, Seville orange, dried raisins dusted with cinnamon and black pepper. A touch of creamy vanilla develops later on.

Fruity banana and light vanilla are coated with honeycomb and warm pepper, making this rum the go-to drink for the serene summer experience.Initially introduced as a limited-edition drink for Christmas, this banana rum was so successful that it’s now part of the permanent Dead Man’s Fingers collection. Overflowing with a plethora of flavours, this rum incorporates the sweetness of banana and vanilla and pairs it with the spiciness of warm pepper to create a new summer favourite.

Perfect serve: Serve this up in a banana daquiri with plenty of ice using the following recipe.

Gordon's gin is triple-distilled and contains juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, licorice, orris root, orange, and lemon peel, though the exact recipe has remained a closely guarded secret since 1769. It differed from others at the time in that it didn't add sugar, which made it a "dry" gin. It takes ten days' distillation after receiving the wheat to create a finished product of a bottle of Gordon's Gin
