Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is the flagship whiskey from The Shed Distillery. in County Leitrim, Ireland. It is notable for being the first whiskey distilled in the province of Connacht in over a century.

Key Characteristics

• Unique Ingredients: It is crafted from a mash of malted Irish barley, unmalted Irish barley, and Irish Barra oats, which provides a signature creamy texture.

• Triple Distilled: Like many traditional Irish whiskeys, it is triple distilled in copper pot stills.

• Maturation: It is aged for at least five years in a combination of Kentucky Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks.

• Bottling Details: Typically bottled at 43% ABV with no added coloring and no chill filtration.

Nose:  Rich vanilla, honey, toasted nuts, and dried fruit with hints of aromatic pot spice.
