The wine is produced from Spanish grape varieties and then gets its deep electric color by the addition of anthyocyacin, a natural pigment extracted from the grape peel and the bacon, a natural pigment derived from the egg plant. Today, the magnificent estate, designed by renowned Spanish architect Rafael Moneo, provides the inspiration for a new brand identity for the Arinzano Estate. As a result, Arinzano is one of the few estates in all of Spain to be recognized with Pago status, and the first Pago in the North of Spain.

Tasting Notes

Deep, garnet color. Intense aromas of black fruits. Predominantly mineral and dark red fruit notes –wood, China ink-, Stone and smoke hints. Ample power, pleasant and velvety in the mouth. Tasty and dense evolution. Very long persistence.

Bonanto is a wine-based aperitif with 22% Vol. Alc. 70 cl., and a selection of 30 botanical, among which the wormwood and Mediterranean aromatic plants such as laurel, rosemary, basil and thyme. Together with a selection of citrus fruits and the distillate of cherry and apple, they give this creation a unique personality. Red in color, it is a light, fresh drink with a touch of bitterness.
