GinRaw Orange Blossom Gin has floral, sweet, powdery, fresh and green nuances that combine with lemongrass and mint to deliver citrus and herbal notes, resulting in a sparkling and original gin.

Distillation is done at a low temperature to preserve the flavour and aroma of the botanicals used. The ingredients of this unique gin include only 100% natural ingredients, no dyes or added sugars are used.

Again, 2 entrepreneurs and 4 masters in different fields are behind the production of the gin: a perfumer with 40 years of experience in the field of perfumes, the founder of the first dessert restaurant in the world Espai Sucre, a creative mixologist and the best sommelier of Spain in 2012. These people have come together to create the perfect combination of flavours and aromas.

GinRaw is only produced in small quantities with 37.5% alcohol content. We recommend Ginraw Orange Blossom mixed with tonic water, add orange zest and enjoy a unique Gin & Tonic.

Ginraw is a super-premium gastronomic gin that encompasses the avant-garde culinary and design creativity of its home city of Barcelona.

It's a masterpiece of collaboration between four masters of their craft: a chef, a sommelier, a mixologist and a master parfumeur. It's made batch by batch using the best of traditional spirit distillation alongside the revolutionary use of a Rotaval, a low-temperature distillation machine developed by one of the leading restaurants of molecular gastronomy in Spain. Situated in the North-East of Spain, between Rioja and Bordeaux, lies the stunning Propiedad de Arinzano, a protected area rich in natural habitat. The Senorio de Arinzano estate has been recognized for the excellence of its vineyards since the 11th century, when the noble Sancho Fortunones de Arinzano first produced wines on the property.

Today, the magnificent estate, designed by renowned Spanish architect Rafael Moneo, provides the inspiration for a new brand identity for the Arinzano Estate. It stands out based on the uniqueness of the terroir, its history, art and environment, and the exceptional potential to give life to wines that would be a reference of the highest quality and singular character. The most advanced and careful techniques are used to guarantee an artisanal treatment through the whole winemaking process, and we pursue a viticulture that not only respects, but actually favors the natural environment.

As a result, Arinzano is one of the few estates in all of Spain to be recognized with Pago status, and the first Pago in the North of Spain.

Tasting Notes

Deep, garnet color. Intense aromas of black fruits. Predominantly mineral and dark red fruit notes –wood, China ink-, Stone and smoke hints. Ample power, pleasant and velvety in the mouth. Tasty and dense evolution. Very long persistence.

Food Paring: Pairs well with earthy red meats like fillet and lamb chops.

Grapes have been grown in this region of Northern Spain  since the 11 century. Arinzano is the first winery in this area to by awarded Spains highest quality classification of Vinos de Pago. This is their top cuvee selected from a double selection of Chardonnay grapes and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. It displays the elegance and complexity of the soil and climate of the Pago de Arinzano estate. Hints of citrus fruits combine with mineral notes, dry fruits and brioche, creamy and lingering on the palate with exceptional length and balance.

TASTE :Crisp and fruity whites are dry, medium-dry or medium-sweet.

They are typically crisply acidic, which balances their rich fruitiness. You can discern yellow plum, apple and peach notes in these wines. Crisp acids create a fresh finish, making these wines ideal for a variety of foods.

TIPS FOR USE: These wines are an excellent match for savoury starters, pasta and fish and seafood dishes. Try with different kinds of tapas or antipasti, shrimp salad or sushi.

HOW TO SERVE: White wines are best served chilled, at 10–12°C. Chilling a bottle from room temperature to the perfect serving temperature takes about two hours in a fridge. The sweeter the wine, the cooler it can be served.
