The connoisseur receives a succulent taste of orange, balanced vanilla as well as an unusual sound of Chamomile tea which can rarely be found in a Scotch. The finish of the Grants family reserve Scotch Whisky is long, dry with slight grassy notes. The Grants family reserve Scotch Whisky is presented in a triangular bottle with a dark red label with the inscription: Grant’s blended Scotch Whisky, the family reserve. The precious bottle is trumped only by the golden bright color of the Whisky. One of the world's most popular blends, and the best-selling Scotch whisky in Scotland. Famous Grouse is a very nicely balanced, malty blend which was first made in 1896, and would go on to be known as The Famous Grouse, with the name registered in 1905. Around eighty years later, the company was awarded a Royal Warrant. The blend represents great value for money, and it also works beautiful in whisky-based cocktails. Delicious.

Johnnie Walker 18 Year Old (or "Aged 18 Years") is a terrific blended Scotch whisky from the world-famous range, which features a combination of up to 18 different whiskies, including the likes of Cardhu, Glen Elgin, Auchroisk and Blair Athol, among others. Carefully created by master blender Jim Beveridge, this expression packs bags of creamy vanilla, vibrant fruit and runny honey, alongside soft wisps of smoke. Back in the days of yore and yonder, this was known as Johnnie Walker Platinum Label.

Nose: Honeyed cereals, Cadbury's Fruit and Nut, distant bonfire smoke, clementine and spring blossom.

Palate: Peanut brittle, candied peels, plump sultana, a whisper of floral malt gives it an aromatic mid-palate, before giving way to a whisper of dry, earthy smoke.

Finish: Another wave of honey, with a soft hint of cinnamon spiciness.

Swing features an elevated amount of Speyside malts, balanced by malts from the northern Highlands and Islay. On the tongue it starts off a bit sweet and then the spicy notes take affect mid-palate which exposes the smoke and peat. It has a smooth lingering smoke and spice finish. The result is a luxurious flavor that's light in the foreground, with sweet mouth-watering depth developing on the palate.
