Zinfandel is a variety of black-skinned wine grape, these grapes were harvested and fermented using select yeast at a maximum temperature of 15-17 Celsius for 14-20 days. They were then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, adding more character to each bottle.
Deep violet, with purple reflections; this medium, dry, fruit forward wine has vibrant aromas of black berries, plums, and strawberries with hints of oak, cinnamon, and tobacco.
On the palate, soft, smooth, and moderate tannins, with medium acidity. Vibrant taste of spice and fruits, mainly raspberry. Smooth texture with medium to long length and persistency.
The finish is elegant and harmonic.
